Customers are at the core of what Stryker Logistics does.

And so in 2017, the company aims to improve its customers’ user experiences even more while still running a lean operation. Here’s a sneak peek at some enhancements to come in the year ahead:

Stryker to roll out new technology

Stryker will implement a new warehouse and logistics software that will continue to make it stand out from its competitors. Customers will enjoy the ease of access provided by the one-of-a-kind warehouse management software that allows a wide array of information in an easy-to-use format.

Stryker Logistics President Fuji Avdic said he is looking forward to unveiling this new technological advance.

“We want to always be a step above the competition,” he said.

Tracking updates to be available around the clock

Beginning on Jan. 1, Stryker will have 24-hour tracking available to its customers, with updates available every 30 minutes — or as often as every 10 minutes if the client so desires. The service will allow customers to know where their shipments are at all times.

But some things never change: Stryker will always provide consistent tracking, competitive rates and reliable and on-time delivery.

“There’s no shipment or logistics service we can’t do,” Avdic said.
